Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for HVAC clients across multiple locations. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You’ll own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, and drive growth through retention and upsell. Remote role with US/Canada/Latin America or Africa clients, requiring clear English on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for HVAC accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Own 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and present the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
