Job summary
Rush Street Interactive in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Customer Support Analyst to help translate product needs from design to development within an agile team. You’ll handle chats and emails, ensuring compliance and supporting retention initiatives to enhance the user experience.
The role requires 1+ year in customer service, a bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies, and strong communication skills. English at B2 level or higher is required, with collaboration across teams to deliver quality betting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or current student in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service BPO.
- Empathy and assertive communication skills.
- Basic industry knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration abilities.
- English at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service (Chats & emails)
- Comply with all established internal protocols
- Validate and issue courtesies/retentions
- Review and/or report sports betting/casino activity
- Report accounts with suspicious activity
- Report interactions for reassignment to other areas/teams
