Sii Group Colombia is seeking a Quality Enablement Engineer (SDET / Platform Quality) to join a hybrid team. You will work across QA automation, DevOps testing, and infrastructure validation to raise delivery quality. The role emphasizes secure, observable, and reliable platforms and collaboration with multiple engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Terraform/IaC experience, CI/CD automation skills, API testing capabilities, and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Formación

• 3+ years in SDET, Quality Engineering, QA Automation, DevOps Testing, Platform Quality, or related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Validate Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) deployments and platform configurations.
• Build automated validation frameworks for infrastructure, integrations, and delivery pipelines.
• Design and implement quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure environment consistency across development, testing, and production stages.
• Validate security, access controls, configurations, and deployment standards.
• Create reusable patterns, golden paths, and quality practices for multiple teams.
