CSG Systems is seeking an Operations Engineer II to help operate JO Platform DevOps in a cloud-native, globally distributed SaaS environment. You will ship automation, document what you build, and grow toward senior platform work while collaborating with software engineering, Platform TechOps, and customer-facing teams.

You’ll contribute to Terraform-managed AWS resources, Azure DevOps pipelines, and Kubernetes workloads, while improving monitoring, runbooks, and incident response.

Formación

• 2–4+ years in DevOps, cloud operations, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on delivery of a SaaS or PaaS product in the cloud with multi-env impact.
• Customer-facing role with clear communication and ownership in production.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams to finish work without constant direction.
• Continuous improvement mindset and documentation of systems and processes.
• Proactive, collaborative, and professional English in a small remote team.

Responsabilidades

• Platform operations & support across regions; troubleshoot incidents with peers.
• Automation & tooling using Bash and Python for deployments and workflows.
• CI/CD & infrastructure work with Terraform, AWS resources, and Kubernetes.
• Observability: monitor, alerting, dashboards, and runbooks.
• Cross-team delivery: coordinate releases and environment needs.
• Documentation & enablement: write runbooks and handoffs.
• Continuous improvement: propose faster, safer patterns; adopt modern DevOps practices.
