Truelogic is seeking a DevOps Lead to design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure powering the company’s data and software platforms. The role centers on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Terraform, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

You’ll collaborate with Data and Software Engineering teams, maintain hybrid and legacy environments, improve security and automation, and mentor engineers to raise DevOps standards across the organization.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Production experience managing Kubernetes environments (GKE preferred).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security, and automation.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments with cloud and legacy systems.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, or BigQuery.
• Scripting with Python or Bash.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Manage Kubernetes (GKE) environments for scalability and reliability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins for reliable software delivery.
• Monitor infrastructure health via observability, logging, alerting, and incident response improvements.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to support analytics platforms and data pipelines (Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, BigQuery).
• Maintain and modernize hybrid infrastructure including legacy Windows and databases.
• Improve identity management with modern authentication like Workload Identity and OIDC.
• Detect and resolve infrastructure drift while ensuring security and cost-efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams and external providers to improve platform reliability and cloud standards.
• Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.
