EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS) to join the Customer's Developer Experience team. You will ensure fast, reliable developer workflows from clone to production, collaborating across multinational teams in a US-compatible time zone.

The role focuses on building and maintaining AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling, with emphasis on Terraform/Terragrunt, Docker/Kubernetes, and remote development environments. Strong automation and communication are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of Terraform automation experience with Python and Bash.
• Production experience with AWS.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Buildkite, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar).
• Understanding of build systems and performance optimizations.
• Strong communication and proactive work style.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and extend AWS infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt
• Manage and improve remote development environments (Coder)
• Write CLI tools and automation scripts in Python and Bash
• Work with Docker/Kubernetes and container image management
• Optimize build performance and CI/CD pipeline efficiency
• Improve pre-commit testing and PR status check workflows
