CSG is seeking an Operational Engineer II to join a cloud-native JO and Analytics platform. You will work on platform operations, automation, and CI/CD, partnering with TechOps and engineering teams to improve reliability in AWS.

You will build Bash/Python tooling, maintain Terraform-based Infra, and contribute to Kubernetes workloads while ensuring clear runbooks and documentation for efficient operations.

Formación

• 2-4+ years in DevOps, cloud operations, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on delivery of a SaaS or PaaS product in the cloud.
• Customer-facing role experience and strong ownership.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams and delivering with minimal direction.
• Ability to document systems and runbooks clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Platform operations & support across regions; troubleshoot incidents.
• Automation & tooling using Bash and Python; reduce manual toil.
• CI/CD & infrastructure work in Terraform/AWS; follow Git-based practices.
• Observability: monitor and tune dashboards; manage runbooks.
• Cross-team delivery for releases and environment needs.
• Documentation & enablement: write runbooks and handoffs.
• Continuous improvement of DevOps, cloud, and data pipelines.
