Docplanner Group is seeking a People Experience Manager to join the Colombia team. This newly created role shapes how we support our people and leaders as the Colombia business grows, combining HR expertise with a hands-on, process-driven approach.

You will partner with the Colombia leadership, implement HR policies, drive talent acquisition and development, and tackle people challenges while ensuring alignment with our PX framework and global standards.

Formación

• 6+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
• Experience building HR processes, tackling recruitment and retention challenges, and supporting teams through growth.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the hiring plans and headcount management for Colombia.
• Build and standardize HR policies and processes aligned with PX framework.
• Partner with Colombia leadership, coach leaders, and provide expert advice on people topics.
• Improve the employee experience and address turnover challenges.
