Atoms in Bogotá is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage global payroll processes in Workday and ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and US tax rules.

You will manage end-to-end payroll activities—gross/net pay, overtime, bonuses, and deferred compensation—and maintain accurate Workday data with finance reporting.

Requires 3+ years of payroll experience in a multinational tech setting, strong Excel, and professional English; onsite collaboration with global stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience with US payroll taxes and local payroll compliance.
• Strong proficiency in Workday Payroll and HCM modules.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to reconcile data.

Responsabilidades

• Execute payroll processes, including gross/net pay, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deferred compensation.
• Manage the full hire-to-retire lifecycle in Workday, handling onboarding and offboarding to salary adjustments and leaves.
• Stay ahead of local payroll legislation to ensure all tax withholdings and deductions are compliant.
• Perform regular audits of payroll records and reconcile general ledger entries for financial accuracy.
• Act as the primary contact for employees and supervisors, resolving payroll inquiries with clarity.
• Identify inaccuracies in people data and implement reporting improvements.
