Atoms Bogotá is seeking a payroll administrator to help manage the full hire-to-retire lifecycle in Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, and compliance with local payroll laws. You will execute payroll with accuracy, handle inquiries from employees and supervisors, and drive reporting improvements.

The role requires 3+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel, and excellent English, with onsite work five days a week.

Formación

• 3+ years in payroll administration, preferably in a multinational or high-growth tech environment.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and HCM modules.
• Full professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Execute payroll processes: gross/net pay, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deferred compensation.
• Manage the full hire-to-retire lifecycle in Workday: onboarding to leave of absence.
• Stay ahead of local payroll legislation to ensure compliant tax withholdings and deductions.
• Audit payroll records and reconcile general ledger entries for accuracy.
• Act as primary contact for employees and supervisors for payroll inquiries.
• Identify inaccuracies and implement reporting improvements.
