Atoms is seeking a Payroll Administrator for our Bogotá office to manage end-to-end payroll processes, including gross and net pay, overtime, bonuses, and deferred compensation, using Workday.

Stay ahead of local payroll legislation, audit records for accuracy, and act as the primary contact for employees. Requires 3+ years in payroll within a multinational tech environment, strong Excel skills, and professional English.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in payroll administration.
• Experience in multinational or high-growth tech environments preferred.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and HCM modules.

Responsabilidades

• Execute payroll processes, including the calculation of gross/net pay, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deferred compensation.
• Manage the full "hire-to-retire" lifecycle in Workday, handling onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments and leaves.
• Stay ahead of local payroll legislation to ensure all tax withholdings and deductions are compliant.
• Perform regular audits of payroll records and reconcile general ledger entries for financial accuracy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, resolving payroll inquiries with clarity and empathy.
• Proactively identify inaccuracies or missing information in our people data and improve reporting.
