Coupa Software Inc. is seeking a Pay Success Manager to help customers maximize value from Coupa Pay through adoption programs, configuration optimization, and expert support across major releases and supplier enablement.

You will manage multiple engagements, deliver data-driven insights, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and long-term success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in finance, procurement, accounts payable, sourcing, or IT, with strong preference for procurement and AP background.
• Proven client management skills with ability to drive continuous improvement in fast-moving environments.
• Experience with SaaS solutions, software configuration, and delivering product demonstrations; familiarity with financial/accounting and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic advisor to customers by driving adoption, optimizing configuration, and aligning Coupa Pay usage with business goals.
• Manage multiple customer engagements using strong project management practices, including regular status updates, adoption plans, and action tracking.
• Provide functional and technical expertise across Coupa Pay capabilities, including support for major releases and supplier enablement.
• Deliver data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance customer value realization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forge strong customer relationships for growth and long-term success.
