Coupa Software in Bogotá is seeking a Customer Adoption Manager to drive adoption and value realization across global customers. You will lead initiatives within Professional Services to maximize platform success and customer outcomes.

You will apply procurement know-how, SaaS experience, and strong communication and project management skills to deliver measurable improvements in adoption and business value across diverse client engagements.

Formación

• Proven experience in Procurement, Procure to Pay, Source to Contract, Sourcing and Category Management, or Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Software as a Service is a must.
• Strong background in customer/client management.
• Strong communication skills, including professional writing and presenting to customers.
• Strong organizational, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Develop standard processes within your areas of expertise and champion their adoption.
• Manage CAM engagements with customers using solid project management practices and develop solutions to business problems.
• Take ownership of customers' continued success by ensuring accurate adoption of the platform.
• Engage customers in strategic needs discussions beyond basic features, driving them toward their goals.
• Provide a strong technical understanding of Coupa and demonstrate how the platform can meet a customer’s business needs.

The Impact of Customer Adoption Manager to Coupa:

The Customer Adoption Manager is a key role within our Professional Services organization. You will work closely with Coupa Customers globally to increase adoption, maximize value & drive best practices, ensuring our Customers get the greatest value from their Coupa platform.

What You'll Do:

• Develop standard processes within your areas of expertise and champion their adoption.
• Manage the CAM engagement with a customer using strong project management practices while developing solutions to business problems.
• Take ownership of your customer's continued success by ensuring accurate adoption of the platform.
• Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basics. Continually drive customers toward their strategic goal
• Provide a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full Coupa platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs.

What You'll Bring To Coupa:

• Proven experience in Procurement, Procure to Pay, Source to Contract, Sourcing and Category Management, or Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Software as a Service is a must.
• Good background in customer/client management.
• Strong communication skills, including professional writing skills, verbal skills and experience presenting to customers.
• Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
