Coupa Software, Inc. is seeking an energetic Banking Operations Program Coordinator for Coupa Pay in a role focused on onboarding and program management with financial technology partners.

You will work with customers, implementation teams, and partners to ensure readiness for Coupa Pay Virtual Cards and Digital Payments, driving successful go-lives and scale. • 5+ years in fintech/payments with program/production management experience.
• Experience collaborating with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver implementations.
• Excellent English communication and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer onboarding projects for Coupa Pay partners, ensuring readiness through tracking agreements, configurations, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and implementation partners to drive successful go-lives.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, templates, and training materials to support scale and adoption.
• Develop deep technical knowledge of Coupa Pay to support customer onboarding, growth, and expansion.
• Balance a high volume of concurrent customer projects while ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance the customer and partner experience.
