Coupa Software seeks a Customer Adoption Manager (CAM) to drive adoption and maximize value for customers worldwide. You will lead adoption programs, orchestrate complex engagements, and align customers with Coupa best practices to achieve strategic outcomes.

The CAM will combine domain expertise in procurement (P2P, S2C, sourcing) with strong project management, communication, and a deep technical understanding of the Coupa platform to solve customer business problems.

Formación

• Experience in Procurement, P2P, S2C, Sourcing/Category Management, or Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) is a must.
• Strong background in customer/client management and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop standard processes within your areas of expertise and champion their adoption.
• Manage CAM engagement with a customer using strong project management practices and develop solutions.
• Take ownership of customer’s continued success by ensuring accurate adoption of the platform.
• Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions toward strategic goals.
• Provide a strong technical understanding of Coupa and how it can be configured to meet business needs.
