Job summary

Verse Medical is seeking a Patient Experience (PX) Representative to be the frontline for supporting patients and clinics with medical supply orders. You will ensure timely, accurate delivery and clear guidance on insurance coverage, eligibility, and returns.

You will collaborate with internal teams, document every interaction, and educate patients on policies and options while maintaining high empathy and professionalism in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and empathy when assisting patients and clinics.
• Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and documentation.
• Ability to work with internal teams and external clinics to resolve issues.
• Comfort using digital systems to access and record information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and clinics via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate guidance on supply orders, eligibility, and insurance coverage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve patient issues, including shipping delays or denials.
• Escalate complex cases to Operations, Billing, or management as needed.
• Document interactions clearly in internal systems to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on company policies, out-of-pocket options, and clinic coordination.
