Carbon Health is seeking a patient-focused remote administrative role to support patients and clinicians across multiple clinics from a central hub. The successful candidate will ensure all necessary documents are in order to continue care beyond clinic doors and will help maintain patient satisfaction and operational success.

Ideal candidates have healthcare exposure, strong communication skills, and proven teamwork.

• Familiarity with Apple products and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding friendliness, empathy and customer service via phone, email and other platforms.
• Troubleshoot platform issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Prioritize tasks across multiple platforms and responsibilities.
• Triage situations gathering information for resolution (verifying insurance, reviewing self-pay pricing).
• Own the process of writing and issuing important referrals.
• Handle prior authorizations for imaging and specialty services.
• Manage faxes, live chats, emails and secure messages via the Carbon Health App.
• Act as a subject matter expert on all things Carbon Health.
• Maintain operational integrity by following established protocols.
• Develop process improvements with impact on patients and clinicians.
• Ensure patients complete documentation for Virtual Video Visits.
