Zipdev is seeking a proactive, empathetic Customer Support Representative to own the post-purchase lifecycle. You will coordinate with Sales, AP, AR, logistics partners, and carriers to ensure seamless order execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include validating orders, handling modifications and cancellations, tracking shipments, managing returns and claims, coordinating replacements, and processing freight claims.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in customer support or logistics.
• Experience in the furniture sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Remote work readiness and self-discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Validate orders and audit discrepancies against POs.
• Modify or cancel orders as needed, adjusting pricing.
• Track shipments and provide ETAs to customers and installers.
• Handle returns, credits, and fee waivers where appropriate.
• Process replacements and coordinate dispatches.
• File freight claims and manage damage reports.
• Investigate warranty issues and authorize resolutions.
• Maintain thorough order documentation and cross-functional notes.
