Libertex Group's LBX unit is seeking a Business Development Manager with forex/crypto experience to expand partnerships. You will acquire and onboard IB partners, manage relationships, and drive growth while aligning with regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities include due diligence, presenting Libertex products and terms, coaching partners' sales teams, and delivering monthly performance reports to meet KPIs. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a Business Development role within brokerage, crypto, or neobanks.
• Good understanding of international financial markets and FX markets.
• Business-level fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, writing, and attention to detail.
• Confident telephone conversation skills.
• Strong negotiation and pitching skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere with partners and provide timely feedback.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and balance between company and partner interests.
