Libertex Group seeks a Business Development Manager in Bogotá to drive new partnerships in forex and crypto. You will onboard IB partners, manage relationships, and perform due diligence while promoting Libertex products and terms.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in B2B BD within brokerage or crypto, strong English, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. The role emphasizes KPI achievement and professional development within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• 1+ year in business development in brokerage, crypto, or neobanks.
• Strong understanding of international financial markets, FX preferred.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and attention to detail.
• Confident telephone conversation skills.
• Strong negotiation and pitching abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and meet KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new Introducing Broker (IB) partners.
• On-board new IB partners.
• Manage relationships with partners to build loyalty.
• Conduct due diligence on partners.
• Explain Libertex products, services and terms to partners.
• Coach partners' staff on sales and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with team to meet KPIs.
• Prepare monthly partner performance reports.
• Resolve issues with a positive, proactive approach.
