Insider One in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support partners using our products and services. The candidate will focus on resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless experiences for partners. Required qualifications include a university degree in a relevant field, 1-2 years of experience in SaaS, and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Formación

• 1-2 years of experience supporting a technical product, ideally in SaaS or in MIS or Software Development teams.
• High sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Ability to provide timely responses and follow up systematically.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions to partner requests.
• Collect feedback and share it with the Product team to improve processes.
• Meet SLAs for response time and issue resolutions.

Conocimientos

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish

Problem-solving skills

Debugging and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other programming languages

Educación

University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
