Veho is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations, manage loads, and maintain data integrity with warehouses and 3rd party carriers. The role emphasizes quick problem solving, clear communication, and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Logistics or Transportation.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
• Track and troubleshoot delays, recover failures, and maintain operational efficiency.
• Book last-minute loads and update internal systems accordingly.
• Act as the primary contact for interactions with Veho's warehouses and 3rd party carriers.
• Maintain accurate records and update logistics platforms daily.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Audit and reconcile load information to ensure accuracy.
