Veho is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily logistics operations and safeguard on-time performance. You will communicate with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams, troubleshoot delays, and ensure data integrity across systems.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics, proficiency with Excel/Sheets, and strong communication. Overnight shifts and California location are part of the schedule and benefits include equity and full medical coverage.

Formación

• 2+ years in Logistics or Transportation.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel/Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily logistics operations to ensure timely execution.
• Track delays, recover failures, and maintain efficiency.
• Book last-minute loads and update internal systems.
• Act as primary contact for Veho’s warehouses and carriers.
• Maintain accurate records and update logistics platforms daily.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Audit and reconcile load information for accuracy.
