Hired Remoteli is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator for a remote LATAM role. You will support packaging programs, product development, and supply chain coordination, tracking timelines and documentation while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has logistics, operations, or project coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, operations, or related field.
• Experience managing documentation, process tracking, and multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Experience with packaging workflows, vendors, or product development activities preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging documentation, specifications, dielines, and approval processes a plus.
• Professional-level English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Track daily operational activities and ensure tasks meet deadlines.
• Maintain project trackers, spreadsheets, and documentation with accuracy.
• Coordinate collection, organization, and submission of required documentation.
• Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and partners on pending items and approvals.
• Support packaging-related workflows by tracking specs, docs, and production needs.
• Collect and organize product files, specifications, and related materials.
• Monitor approvals and communicate updates, delays, and risks.
