Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an apprentice in Bogotá to own key operational processes and drive automation with AI. You will work directly with the Director of Business Operations across departments, designing and improving workflows, documenting SOPs, and supporting finance operations.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in cross-functional projects, reporting, and vendor management, with a fully onsite role and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates welcome (Industrial Engineering, Business or similar)
• Daily AI user with a track record of solving real problems with it (show us something you've built)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Good English, written and spoken
• Able to work fully onsite in our Bogotá office
• Nice to have: basic scripting, Asana, Zapier or Make

Responsibilities

• Automate existing processes and design new ones using AI and no-code tools
• Partner with departments across the company to map, optimize and standardize their workflows
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and following through to resolution
• Coordinate cross-department projects end to end: timelines, follow-ups and Asana hygiene
• Build and maintain operational reporting and dashboards (SaaS spend, headcount, attendance, renewals)
• Write and maintain documentation and SOPs so processes are clear, repeatable and scalable
• Support finance operations: expense reconciliation, invoice routing and purchase approvals
• Own special projects and solve problems as they come up
• Manage vendors, procurement and SaaS tools: administration, access, renewals, license audits and spend tracking
