EdgeUno is seeking a Business Operations Support professional in Bogotá to join our fast-paced commercial team. You will perform market research, maintain CRM data, build dashboards, and support BI reporting to inform leadership decisions.

You will work with Business Development and cross-functional teams, leveraging AI-powered tools and lightweight automations to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency in a regional telecom-focused environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting business operations, business development, sales operations, revenue operations, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and a strong interest in leveraging technology to improve business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, competitors, and business growth opportunities.
• Support lead generation by identifying, qualifying, and organizing prospective customers using research tools and platforms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, generate reports, and develop dashboards that provide actionable business insights for leadership.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, executive reports, and other sales enablement materials.
• Provide operational support to the Business Development team by coordinating meetings, communications, documentation, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics and operational support for client meetings, conferences, and business development events.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to conduct research, summarize information, generate business materials, and improve team productivity.
• Build or assist in developing lightweight automations and AI-assisted solutions to streamline recurring business development and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, reporting standards, and operational efficiency.
