Bizagi, a LATAM-founded global company, seeks a finance operations administrator to support its rapid growth in Latam. Based in Bogota, you will process payments, manage documentation, and collaborate with internal clients to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in business/finance/economics, has at least 2 years in admin/finance ops, and demonstrates AI fluency, Excel skills, attention to detail, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, accounting, Economics or related field.
• At least 2 years in administrative/finance operations.
• English advanced level (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Assist the finance ops. Department.
• Keep effective communication with internal clients and receive their requisitions.
• Collect, organize, and generate payment orders for suppliers.
• Collects, organizes, and manages the collection of customers.
• Help with the information security checks of new suppliers.
• Help and support the Invoice and Purchasing analyst to keep the clients purchases archive safe.
