Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an apprentice to work directly with the Director of Business Operations in Bogotá. You will own key operational processes, identify slow/manual areas, and implement automation using AI and no-code tools.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, gather requirements, and drive projects end-to-end. The role offers an opportunity to learn rapidly and impact real business outcomes while working fully on-site in our Bogotá office.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience in operations or related field.
• Daily AI user with a track record of solving real problems with it (show us something you've built).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Automate existing processes and design new ones using AI and no-code tools.
• Map, optimize and standardize workflows across departments.
• Gather requirements and drive cross-department projects to resolution.
• Coordinate timelines, follow-ups and project hygiene in Asana.
• Build and maintain operational reporting and dashboards (e.g., SaaS spend, headcount, attendance, renewals).
• Write and maintain documentation and SOPs for repeatable processes.
• Support finance operations: expense reconciliation, invoice routing and approvals.
• Own special projects and vendor/procurement management for SaaS tools.

Job description

You're early in your career (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience) and you can't look at a manual process without wanting to automate it. You use AI every day, and you've already used it to solve real problems and build your own tools. You're organized, curious, comfortable working with people across teams, and eager to learn fast.

About the Role:

You'll work directly with our Director of Business Operations as an apprentice, partnering with most departments across the company. Your mandate is to make WITHIN run better: own key operational processes, find what's slow or manual, and fix it with automation and AI.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Automate existing processes and design new ones using AI and no-code tools
• Partner with departments across the company to map, optimize and standardize their workflows
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and following through to resolution
• Coordinate cross-department projects end to end: timelines, follow-ups and Asana hygiene
• Build and maintain operational reporting and dashboards (SaaS spend, headcount, attendance, renewals)
• Write and maintain documentation and SOPs so processes are clear, repeatable and scalable
• Support finance operations: expense reconciliation, invoice routing and purchase approvals
• Own special projects and solve problems as they come up
• Manage vendors, procurement and SaaS tools: administration, access, renewals, license audits and spend tracking

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates welcome (Industrial Engineering, Business or similar)
• Daily AI user with a track record of solving real problems with it (show us something you've built)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Good English, written and spoken
• Able to work fully onsite in our Bogotá office
• Nice to have: basic scripting, Asana, Zapier or Make
