Customer Operations Rep Colombia

Location: Barranquilla, COL

The Operations Rep position will support the Operations Lead in multi-level, operational account execution for ELS Logistics customers with a focus on customer service, attention to detail, efficiency, & accuracy.

CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Execute daily account operations in support of customer/shipper expectations and overall account strategy set forth by Sales Executive, Account Management & Operations Lead
• Build orders in TMS with high attention to detail and ELS standards to lead to optimal carrier sourcing and execution
• Assist in the acceptance of tenders in accordance to Award Management files ensuring core customer expectations are adhered too
• Execute all scheduling needs with prompt facility reach out and follow ups with the goal of optimal transit to aid carrier coverage ease
• Adhere to ELS Logistics standard operating procedures (SOP's) & maintain a high level of quality and customer service throughout.
• Manage time-sensitive problems & requests through proactive communication, both internally and externally.
• Organize and ensure email traffic is organized and responded to within ELS standards delivering top notch customer service
• Collaborate and communicate with Operations Lead & AMs to identify potential opportunities or pitfalls, efficiency opportunities & quality enhancements.
