Celerity Fiber is seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations team. The role focuses on maintaining robust connectivity, incident management, and rapid restoration of service for our ISP and telecom customers.

You will apply strong TCP/IP, routing, switching knowledge and hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, Wireshark) and Cisco technology. English proficiency at B2 or higher is required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in NOC operations, ISP, telecommunications, or network infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, incident management, and Cisco or equivalent networking technologies.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.

• Operate and monitor NOC environment and respond to incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and LAN/WAN issues.

What we're looking for:

3+ years of experience in NOC operations, Internet Service Providers (ISP), telecommunications, or network infrastructure support.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, incident management, and Cisco or equivalent networking technologies.

English proficiency: B2 or higher.

Technical degree, technologist degree, or bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

• Active Cisco CCNA Certification (official certification, not just course completion).
• Experience with fiber-optic networks, GPON/XGS-PON, and OLT/ONT/ONU equipment.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, or Wireshark.
