Celerity Fiber is seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations team. The role focuses on maintaining robust connectivity, incident management, and rapid restoration of service for our ISP and telecom customers.

You will apply strong TCP/IP, routing, switching knowledge and hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, Wireshark) and Cisco technology. English proficiency at B2 or higher is required.

Competenze

3+ years of experience in NOC operations, ISP, telecommunications, or network infrastructure support.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, incident management, and Cisco or equivalent networking technologies.
English proficiency: B2 or higher.

Mansioni

Operate and monitor NOC environment and respond to incidents.
Troubleshoot and resolve TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and LAN/WAN issues.
Utilize monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, and Wireshark to diagnose problems.
Work with Cisco or equivalent networking technology to maintain network reliability.
