Roca Alliances in Medellín, Colombia, seeks an Onboarding Specialist to bridge Talent Acquisition and HR, ensuring timely background checks, complete pre-employment docs, and precise cross-functional coordination from offer to day one.

You will design scalable onboarding plans, analyze workflows, leverage AI tools to scale processes, and monitor new hire metrics to improve candidate experience and employer branding across the globe.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume onboarding operations or candidate-centric processes.
• Experience with data verification, background checks, and compliance steps with external entities.
• Foundational understanding of HR operations, employment compliance, and contracts.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Workday preferred).
• Ability to optimize processes and leverage AI to scale onboarding workflows.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with internal teams to manage the pre-hire journey from offer to induction.
• Coordinate background checks, following up with vendors and candidates.
• Ensure all pre-employment documents are executed.
• Collaborate with managers to establish onboarding plans before start dates.
• Analyze workflows to design scalable onboarding processes using AI and automation.
• Serve as cross-functional connector for candidate to employee administration.
• Monitor new hire metrics to improve onboarding experiences.
• Enhance communication across stakeholders to align talent readiness and employer brand.
