Huge is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their Talent Operations team. This remote role within Colombia involves managing onboarding, payroll, and benefits processes while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in HR functions and strong communication skills. The position offers opportunities to shape AI processes and engage in strategic talent operations.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in onboarding, payroll, benefits & perks, and leave administration.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with an empathetic tone.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Talent Partners on HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Update and maintain HRIS with employee data.
• Lead benefits orientation and resolve questions from employees.
