House Rx, Inc. is seeking an on-site Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinator to streamline access to specialty medications for patients. You will partner with specialty care clinics and internal teams to improve the patient experience and coordinate dispensing, shipping, and financial assistance.

The role emphasizes patient engagement, knowledge of specialty benefits, and collaboration in a startup environment, with opportunities to shape workflows and processes from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Must have core pharmacy technician skills incl. claims processing and dispensing.
• Comfort engaging with patients, providers and care team in person or by phone.
• Experience navigating benefits, prior authorizations and financial assistance.
