Colgate-Palmolive invites applications for a Shopper Development Manager within its Customer Development team. You will shape strategic direction, drive omnichannel programs, and influence our commercial P&L across key customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, transform data into actionable insights, deploy the CD EDGE strategy, and collaborate with Marketing, Demand Planning, and CS&L to win the omni-shopper.

Formación

• At least 5 years of progressive commercial experience in Sales, Retail Marketing, In-Store, or E-commerce.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional projects or direct teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools to drive strategic decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Omnichannel Growth: translate strategies into shopper programs across channels and deploy the CD EDGE strategy.
• Champion Commercial Excellence: co-lead the 7P strategy and align with OG, GTN targets and Net Sales goals.
• Lead Strategic & Analytical Governance: analyze the 7Ps; use AI tools to build data-driven recommendations.
• Optimize GTN Investments: manage GTN budgets with ROI mindset and govern Growth Choices Model.
• Foster Strategic Collaboration: build high-trust relationships with external partners and internal teams.
