Responsabilidades

• Coordinate ocean export shipments and related activities in accordance with customer and forwarding agent requirements.
• Manage shipments from booking to delivery, including tracking and route optimization.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (BOL, AWB, invoices, EEI, etc.).
• Coordinate with customers, agents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain shipment records, costing, quoting, and billing.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FMC, NVOCC regulations, and INCOTERMS 2020.
• Resolve operational and system-related issues as needed.
