Rhenus Logistics in Bogotá seeks a logistics professional to coordinate ocean export shipments and related activities, aligning with customer and forwarding agent requirements.

You will manage shipments from booking to delivery, track routes, prepare shipping documents, and ensure compliance with FMC, NVOCC regulations, and INCOTERMS 2020. English fluency is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics/transportation handling international ocean shipments.
• US export/import compliance training preferred.
• Ocean DG training is a plus.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate ocean export shipments and related activities per customer/forwarding agent requirements and company objectives.
• Manage shipments from booking to delivery, including tracking and route optimization.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (BOL, AWB, invoices, EEI, etc.).
• Maintain shipment records, costing, quoting, and billing.
• Ensure compliance with FMC, NVOCC regulations, and INCOTERMS 2020.

Coordinate ocean export shipments and related activities in accordance with customer and/or forwarding agent requirements, and company objectives. Manage shipments from booking to delivery, including tracking and route optimization.
Prepare and process shipping documents (BOL, AWB, invoices, EEI, etc.).
Maintain shipment records, costing, quoting, and billing.
Ensure compliance with FMC, NVOCC regulations, and INCOTERMS 2020.

Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in the logistics and transportation industry, preparing and processing international ocean shipments, in-transit shipments and/or inland-freight shipments.

US export/import compliance training preferred.

Ocean DG training is a plus.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written; bilingual a plus.

ACE system knowledge preferred
