Lean Solutions Group is seeking an Ocean Operations Coordinator to execute international freight forwarding tasks, focusing on processing multimodal shipping documents and maintaining up-to-date tracking for global shipments.

You will collaborate with overseas agents, brokers, and internal teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely movement in a high-volume environment, supporting efficient cargo release at destination ports.

Formación

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• An associate degree or technical diploma in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Process ocean and air multimodal shipping documents accurately.
• Perform high-volume data entry in forwarding systems.
• Track and trace international shipments and provide updates.
• Coordinate with overseas agents to resolve transit issues.
• Review invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading for accuracy.
• Monitor shipment status against deadlines and keep records updated.
• Maintain internal databases with freight milestones.
• Support senior staff with documentation tasks.
