Trading Solutions. is seeking an Export Operations Executive to lead end-to-end export activities across maritime, air, and ground shipments. You will manage bookings, documentation, and real-time visibility for 300+ clients, ensuring compliance and flawless execution.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in freight forwarding, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with AMS/ISF and export declarations. This role emphasizes proactive communication and operational excellence as the company expands

Formación

2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.
Experience with booking management, BL issuance, and cargo tracking.
Knowledge of AMS/ISF and export declarations.
Advanced Excel for operational reporting.

Responsabilidades

Execute and monitor daily export logistics operations across maritime, air, and ground channels to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
Coordinate end-to-end export processes including empty equipment pickup, VGM submission, and port gate-in for outbound shipments.
Manage cargo release with shipping lines, brokers, and warehouses, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely customs coordination.
Maintain track and trace data across carriers and internal systems for proactive issue resolution.
Prepare House and Master Bills of Lading and coordinate Switch BL requests for documentary compliance.
