Rhenus Logistics is seeking a candidate to coordinate air import shipments and related activities in accordance with customer requirements and company objectives.

You will handle documentation, costing, billing, filing, tracking, compliance and customer service, and arrange cargo transportation with all applicable parties, working with internal teams to troubleshoot operating system issues for Air Export/Import shipment files.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in logistics.
• US compliance training preferred.
• Air DG training preferred.
• ACE system knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Coordinate air import shipments and related activities in accordance with customer and/or forwarding agent requirements, and company objectives.

Must handle documentation, costing, billing, filing, tracking, compliance and customer service.

Arrange cargo transportation with all applicable parties.

Ability to trouble shoot and work with internal teams to communicate issues with operating system as it relates to the completion of Air Export / Air Import shipment files.

Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in the logistics, preparing and processing international Air shipments
US compliance training preferred.
Air DG training preferred, ACE system knowledge preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
