Vital Virtuals Global HR Solutions LLC is hiring a Medical Virtual Assistant to support our healthcare clients remotely. The role combines patient support, insurance coordination and data entry with HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities include answering calls, updating records, managing referrals and explaining benefits, all while maintaining high professional standards and strong communication.

Formación

• Fluent English required.
• Medical receptionist/VA experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• EHR/EMR experience is a plus.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Willing to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop.

Responsabilidades
