Vital Virtuals Global HR is hiring a Medical Virtual Assistant to support patients and providers from a remote setting. You will verify insurance, manage referrals and records, and explain benefits while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
The ideal candidate has medical receptionist/VA experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. A reliable internet connection and EHR/EMR familiarity are a plus.
Formación
- Fluent in English.
- Medical Receptionist/VA Experience Preferred.
- Excellent communication & phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- EHR/EMR experience is a plus.
- Reliable computer & internet connection.
- Willing to use Time Doctor & a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop.

- Answer calls and assist patients

- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
- Handle administrative & data-entry tasks
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
$5/hour – First 90 days
$6/hour – After 90 days
Biweekly Pay | Wise
- Fluent in English
- Medical Receptionist/VA Experience Preferred
