Vital Virtuals Global HR is hiring a Medical Virtual Assistant to support patients and providers from a remote setting. You will verify insurance, manage referrals and records, and explain benefits while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The ideal candidate has medical receptionist/VA experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. A reliable internet connection and EHR/EMR familiarity are a plus.

Formación

• Fluent in English.
• Medical Receptionist/VA Experience Preferred.
• Excellent communication & phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• EHR/EMR experience is a plus.
• Reliable computer & internet connection.
• Willing to use Time Doctor & a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls and assist patients.
• Verify insurance & update patient information.
• Manage referrals, faxes & medical records.
• Explain insurance benefits.
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff.
• Handle administrative & data-entry tasks.
