Formación

• Proven experience in U.S. trucking and logistics operations.
• Direct experience with asset-based carrier/private fleet.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build clear SOPs and training materials.
• Independent worker with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding and initial training for new employees.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and programs.
• Coordinate with department leaders for role-specific training.
• Ensure teams work from the same information and playbook.
• Gather information from leadership to document processes.
