Kuehne+Nagel Bogotá is seeking an Ops Specialist to coordinate and plan customer orders and shipments, ensuring visibility, handling inquiries, and driving service excellence in a dynamic 4PL environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in International Business or related field, plus at least 2 years in transportation (Air/Sea/Road) and advanced English. You will collaborate with IT, procurement, and regional LCCs to maintain SLAs and improve processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in transportation (Air/Sea/Road).
• Desirable: experience in 4PL models and in Operational Planning & Customer Service.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and plan customer orders and shipments.
• Handle inquiries about visibility, complaints, and ad hoc requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in 4PL shared services and execute WI's and SOP's.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operations.
• Support quality audits and maintain service levels.
