Kuehne + Nagel in Bogota is seeking an Operations Specialist to coordinate orders and shipments within the LCC, ensuring service levels and timely responses to inquiries, complaints, and ad hoc requests.

You will work with Operations Supervisors, FPOs, and managers to improve processes, perform UAT testing, and support root cause analyses to drive productivity and collaboration across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in transportation (Air/Sea/Road).
• Desirable 4PL experience with operations planning and customer service.
• Advanced English skills.
• Ability to support root cause analysis and operational improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Ops Specialist function within Bogota LCC via direct-line supervision of Ops Supervisors.
• Execute SOP and WI to maintain service levels for new and existing clients.
• Represent KN in meetings, demos, audits and customer visits.
• Resolve medium/high business issues with IT, procurement, quality and LCCs.
• Report escalation potential to decision makers in a timely manner.
• Identify and propose new business/service opportunities.
• Support UAT testing for new client activity and bridge IL Implementation with LCC Operations.
• Observe training and back up IL Operations Specialist for existing/new scope.
• Conduct quality audits including GxP programs.
• Collaborate with Ops Manager and LPOs using analytics for root cause analysis.
• Apply lessons learned from KN IL landscape to future implementations.
