Responsibilities

• Track and monitor loads throughout pickup and delivery
• Provide timely and accurate updates to customers
• Respond professionally to emails and phone calls
• Maintain accurate load statuses and operational information in the TMS
• Conduct check calls and maintain shipment visibility
• Identify potential delays and service failures early
• Escalate operational issues to the appropriate teams
• Support contracted lane operations and trailer utilization
• Maintain accurate documentation and data records
