Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or operations coordination, particularly within cargo handling or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Level B2 English fluency (Required) – reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process documentation for import/export containers, including Bills of Lading and customs clearance.
• Enter cargo data accurately into terminal operating systems and customer databases.
• Track cargo movements and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cargo status and transaction reports.
• Coordinate with terminal operations, carriers, and trucking companies for smooth handling.
• Serve as contact for customers regarding shipments, schedules, and documentation.
