DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an Associate Industrial Projects at the Global Service Center in Bogotá. You will accurately process and enter DHL customer purchase orders into the MMS system, perform checks for correct order format, and maintain data integrity throughout the entry process.

The role requires using search grids to verify consolidations and shipments, refining shipment details, and updating costing milestones. English proficiency (B1–B2) and strong data-entry skills are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Solid MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and communication skills and ability to work with all levels of our organization.
• Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of transportation or freight forwarding is preferred.
• English level B1-B2.
• Desirable: experience in data entry, order processing, or supply chain management.

Responsabilidades

• Process and enter purchase orders released by DHL customers into the MMS system with accuracy.
• Perform basic checks to ensure correct order format and maintain data integrity throughout entry.
• Use search grids to check consolidations (Consols) and shipments that need processing.
• Enhance the Details Tab of shipments to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Confirm milestones and modify the Consol/Shipments Costing Tab as necessary.
• Search for shipments in CW1 using the container number from release documents.
• Upload carrier release documents in the e-Docs Tab of shipments to maintain records.
• Validate and revise information to align with operational standards.
• Dispatch the arrival notice to broker or customer promptly and ensure clear communication.
• Monitor the shipment processing workflow for accuracy and efficiency.
