Kuehne+Nagel is hiring a Sea Logistics Operational Care Expert – Export in Bogotá, Colombia. You will coordinate and manage export shipments from booking to final documentation, ensuring smooth operations and strong customer communication.

The role involves working with USA and Canada teams, monitoring milestones, and resolving delays or issues in a fast-paced, international logistics environment.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably Sea Logistics / Freight Forwarding.
• Bachelor's degree or professional background in International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor FCL/LCL export shipments, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
• Manage bookings, shipment documentation, vendors, document closing processes, and CCLs.
• Maintain close communication with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively identify delays or operational issues.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions, including cargo damage or disruptions.
• Provide timely and effective customer service with clear follow-up.
• Work with Sales and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support operations involving customers and teams across USA and Canada.
